Challenge

The Graduate Hotels, located in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, experienced a significant decline in sales and foot traffic at their two flagship restaurants, Saloon 16 and Poindexter, during the summer months. Consequently, our team was tasked with developing a marketing campaign aimed at increasing awareness and patronage among Knoxville, Tennessee residents. The project had a strict budget cap of $40,000.

Process & Results

  • Conducted focus groups and surveys for target audiences

  • Developed creative brief, campaign mock-up and recommendations for traditional and social media marketing tactics.

  • Created consumer promotion events, as this was a large component to help our clients attract their customers.
