Increase membership in Bloomingdales “Loyallist” loyalty program and distinguish it from their top five competitors through enhanced omni-channel customer engagement strategy.

Process & Results

  • Analyzed and assessed competitor loyalty programs, consumer behaviors and insights, to identify key differentiators, through digital and in-store.

  • Assessed differences in status levels, rewards, and promotional events to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborated with the website design and creative marketing teams to implement new “call to action” opportunities to drive engagement.

  • Formalized and presented recommendations for future promotional activities to drive loyalty growth and retention.
